 Anna Kendrick is an American actress and singer who has her net worth at $20 million. Anna Kendrick was already a Tony-nominated child actor when she signed on to play in the "Twilight" franchise. Between the two initial "Twilight" films she shot five other projects, including "Up In the Air". She received an Oscar for her performance in the role of George Clooney in that film. She has been a part of many commercially and critically successful projects since then, including "Scott Pilgrim Vs. America". Anna Cook Kendrick was conceived in Portland, Maine, on the 9th of August in 1985. Her mother worked as an accountant while her father was an historian. She was raised by her older brother named Michael, who also became an actor. As a teen, Anna Kendrick attended Deering High School in Portland.Anna Kendrick was already auditioning for big Broadway shows before she reached high school. When she was 12, she booked her first major theater performance when she was a part of the group of High Society in 1998. Even as a young child her performance was sufficient to earn her various nominations and awards. In 2003, she starred in A Little Night Music. In the same year, she made her film debut in the film Camp at age 15. In honor of this performance, and her subsequent appearance in the 2007 film Rocket Science, Kendrick won many more awards and nominations.
